What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the contact and event details you enter: your name, email, phone number, contact preference, event type, date, time, postcode, venue, guest information and your message.
The form also includes an optional space to describe practical adjustments that could help guests take part. Please do not include diagnoses, medical records or other information we do not need.
How it is used
Your details are used to respond to the enquiry, discuss availability and options, prepare for an agreed booking, keep relevant booking records and deal with follow-up questions.
Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing list. Pretty By Designs will not use enquiry details to send unrelated promotions without asking first.
Sharing and security
Booking enquiries are held in a password-protected management area. Details are only shared when reasonably needed to arrange something you asked for—for example, coordinating an agreed party extra—and are not sold.
No website can promise perfect security, but access is restricted and sensible steps are taken to protect the information entrusted to us.
Your choices
You can ask what enquiry information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where it no longer needs to be kept. Use the same contact route you used for your booking, or send a new enquiry clearly marked “privacy”.
The booking form is intended for adults arranging an event. Please avoid entering a child’s full name or private personal information in the free-text fields.
